A native of Long Island, New York, Andy Musto has been involved in
organized hockey for over 25 years.
He is currently the Commissioner
of the Upstate New York Club Hockey League (UNYCHL), a league he formed in
2006 - 2007.
He has coached at various levels, most recently as the Head
Coach of Le Moyne College's club team, and won consecutive UNYCHL
Championships in 07 - 08 and 08 - 09 before stepping down in 2010 to assume
the Deputy Commissioner position with the UNYCHL and, eventually, becoming commissioner in 2011.
He is a three time UNYCHL Coach of the Year.
Andy is a retired Syracuse Police Officer, has done scouting at the AHL level. He is also actively involved as a referee in Floor Hockey for the Special
Olympics.
Andy resides in Syracuse, NY with his wife Jenn, sons Colton and
Dylan and daughter, Addison, He also has a grown son, Christopher,
who resides in Los Angeles, Ca.
